Travel tips

The information here, including the maps, is  just for reference. The travel routes and times will vary depending on weather conditions, or something unexpected happens. Consider extra time to add when planning your travel.

Where about is Tokyo Stadium? How do I get there?
Tokyo Stadium is located in the western part of Tokyo, a little distance away from Central Tokyo. The nearest station is Tabitakyu Station 飛田給. The stadium is about 5 minutes walk from the station.

How do I get to Tabitakyu station from Shinjuku?
The easiest way is to take a regular train on the Keio train bound for Tabitakyu Station. From Keio Shinjuku Station, take the train bound for Takaosanguchi 高尾山口 and get off at Tabitakyu Station, is about a 42-min ride.

If you take an express train running on the same line, you will save more time. Since express trains do not stop at Tabitakyu station, change train at Chofu station and take a regular train heading to Tabitakyu. The total travel time will be about 30 minutes.

Japan Rail Pass issued by JR Railway Groups can not be used for trains on the Keio lines. The Keio lines are operated by Keio Corporation, a different railway company.
