A Tanabata Festival held at the Asagaya shopping street. The 700m-long street will be decorated with giant paper crafts, looking funny, cheap, artistic, surreal and chaotic that visitors will find 'Kawaii.'

Getting there
From JR Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo-sen train (Kaisoku Express) bound for Takao or Tachikawa, then, get off at Asagaya Station. (Travel time: About 8 min.) A few minutes' walks from JR Asagaya Station (South Exit)
