Founded more than 1000 years ago, Hikawa-jinja Shrine is a historical shrine that lies in a very central area of Tokyo, surrounded by modern buildings. During this festival, large doll floats and Mikoshi(miniature shrines) will parade around the streets of Akasaka town.
