An outlet mall in Makuhari, Chiba prefecture, known for the place where the international exhibition hall Makuhari Messe and Chiba Marine Stadium are located in. Makuhari is easily accessible from Tokyo Disney Land by Keiyo-sen Line.

3. MITSUI OUTLET PARK KISARAZU : 三井アウトレットパーク 木更津
Kisarazu is a bayside city lies in the central zone of Boso peninsula in Chiba, a resort area having various tourist attractions.

From central Tokyo
From JR Tokyo Station, take Keiyo-sen Line (Kaisoku Express. 42 min.) and change train at JR Soga Station (蘇我駅) and take JR Uchibo-sen Line (25 min.), then, get off at JR Sodegaura Station. From Sodegaura Station, take a route bus (10 min.) going to Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu.
