Getting to Kitamoto by Train from Central Tokyo
From JR Ueno Station, take the Takasaki-sen train, then get off at Kitamoto Station. (Travel time 48 min.)
From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line train. (Travel time 50 min.)

The festival is held in front of the West Exit of Kitamoto Station.
