Nostalgic Night Market at Akigawa Valley

A night market held along Hinohara-kaido way in front of JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. Handmade lanterns line and shine in the marketplace has the calm and friendly atmosphere of the old town of Tokyo.

Around the marketplace, some street musicians in traditional costumes will play Japanese musical instruments: Shakuhachi flute and Koto harp. Stores along the road serve their specialties during the festival.
