Firework Festival in Katsushika

Katsushika City in Tokyo will host a large fireworks festival at the Edogawa Riverside. 15000 fireworks will be set off.

Shibamata is famous for Taishakuten Temple and "Otokowa Tsuraiyo", a national movie for the Japanese.

Heavy congestion is expected on the day of the event, so if you're taking the train, arrive early. The train station will be crowded on the way back, and accommodations near the event site may be hard to find.
