Oeshiki Festival at Ikegami Honmonji Temple | Oct.11-13

Oeshiki is a Buddhist memorial service held on the anniversary of the holy priest Nichiren’s death.

The Oeshiki at Ikegami Honmonji Temple is one of the largest events where more than 300,000 people come to see the service (festival) every year. The highlight of the ceremony will be on the 12th in the evening.
