The race is set on the 3.5km closed circuit in the middle of Saitama city. Top international riders who have won Le Tour de France classifications and leading Japanese riders will join this competition.

Getting there from Central Tokyo
From JR Ikebukuro station
Take the Saikyo-sen Train (Kaisoku Express) and change the train at Akabane 赤羽駅. From Akabane, take a train on the Utsunomiya-sen OR Takasaki-sen. (Travel time: About 30 min.) Get off at Saitama Shintoshin Station さいたま新都心駅

From JR Ueno station
Take the Keihin Hohoku-sen train (Travel time 33 min) OR the Takasaki-sen train (Travel time 22 min) OR the Utsunomiya-sen train (Travel time 22 min). Get off at Saitama Shintoshin Station さいたま新都心駅
