Getting there from Tokyo
Keyaki Street is at Saitama-shintoshin station, on the left side of the exit.
Saitama-shintoshin station comes before Omiya station.

From Ueno sta.
Take JR Utsunomiya-sen (or Takasaki-sen) train and get off at Saitama-shintoshin station. (22-min ride)
OR
Take JR Keihin-tohoku train and get off at Saitama-shintoshin station. (36-min ride)
